Synopsis

Kelsey Cunningham is devastated when she learns that her friend, Sheila Warren, has been murdered. Hoping for answers, Kelsey turns to Sheila's former lover, Dane Whiteclaw, for insight but Dane is reluctant to share what he knows about Sheila's death, especially since it appears that he's being set up to take the fall for her murder. Determined to discover who killed Sheila, Kelsey begins tracing her final days, days filled with drugs, sex, and violence. However, things are not always as they seem, and Kelsey, who is beginning to fall for Dane, isn't sure if she should follow her mind or heart--even though the consequences of that very decision might result in her death.
