Wanted to say how much I love BookLender.com. I joined many years ago and at times I have let my service time run out, but I always end up coming back home to you. Your company allows me to discover new authors and look in new directions for reading pleasure that I might not have otherwise tried. If I decide I don't like an author's style, I just return the book in the next mailer. This doesn't happen often. I always have a new book just waiting to take me away and visit wonderful places and meet new people.
I just wanted to say thank you to BookLender. I've been a member for a number of years. I am disabled, and, largely, housebound. Fortunately, I am also a reader. BookLender has allowed me to maintain my sanity, and interest in life, without breaking the bank. I look forward to browsing for books and eagerly anticipate the arrival of those wrinkly white envelopes that continue to connect me to the world. Thank you very much for the great job that you all do. I am your biggest fan!
I love your book club. It saves me so much money on all the books that I was saving to buy all the time. Everyone is upset because I don't buy books and pass them on anymore. I just smile and say join BookLender.
This account was a Father's Day gift from my son. I believe it was the most appropriate gift I could have received because we spend summers at our summer home which is really in the boondocks. The closest library is 12+ miles away so it was most convenient to use your service. I didn't keep track of how many of your books I read, but I know it was a sizeable number. Just wanted you to know how much I appreciate your service and I will tell my friends to contact you as needed.
It is truly a rare thing for me to find a product or service that performs so well that I feel inclined to drop them a note complementing them. I'm happy to say that BookLender is indeed one of those services.
I don't think I've ever found a service that equals yours in value. After months of being a customer, I'm still amazed at the fact I can get all of the books I care to read at such a reasonable price per month. And the fact that I can get them through my reading list with so little effort on my part makes it even better.
And your customer service is outstanding. On the rare occasion I've had an issue with my account, your customer service has always been very prompt and courteous. The responses I've gotten have always exceeded my expectations. It makes me feel like I'm really valued as a customer and I'll be well taken care of in the future.

I have some things to say about BookLender. I think it is just fabulous! I can get my favorite books without leaving the house and, if I don't get through with a book for several weeks, I don't get notices that they are over due. Keep up the good work. I will definitely be a customer for years to come.
I just want to tell you that getting audio books this way has been wonderful. I travel almost two hours a day back and forth to work, and I also travel a lot to visit family. When my daughter gave me this for my birthday, I told her that this was probably one of the best gifts I've ever received. I was buying audio books, and that got quite expensive. My library didn't have much of a variety. I am very happy with this service. While I still like to read, I can listen to lots of books that I probably wouldn't have taken the time to sit down and read. Thank you.
There's one more group that you may not have thought of: people who read a lot but have limited space (loft, small condo, etc). Even with the Chicago Library and all the suburban libraries, I couldn't find the books I wanted. So I bought books every month. But I read much more than my space allows. I started weeding books out and found myself throwing a lot away. I felt there had to be a better way. I've been a member of BookLender for a year now and love it.
You guys are so cool - I have never before found anything so fun. You guys deliver books to me every week, and usually the same day I have two to send back is the day another two are showing up. I love it and will recommend you to everyone. You're awesome! This is the best thing I've ever done in my life. I no longer spend all of my money on paperbacks that I used to trade in. I would take 20 really brand new, only read by me, books and trade them in and get maybe seven back. Now instead of budgeting for all the new paperbacks I just add them to my reading list. This has really been great and my husband loves it because I'm not constantly pestering him for money for another book. I just had to tell you guys that I love BookLender and this was such a great idea. I wish I would have thought of it!
I would just like to compliment the stellar service I continually receive from your support staff. I never have urgent matters, but often I email to request new return mailers. Within the same day I have a response from an associate, and I receive the new mailer within a few days. It is rare to receive top-notch customer service nowadays. Generally, there is a generic automated response with no follow up - but with BookLender I always get a quick response and appreciate it. Thank You.
