Synopsis

This book shows what the students saw and learned at the Hawai'i Plantation Museum. The book includes photographs of items the students found interesting and their comments about the items they saw and what they learned about them. The book includes a little about each student as well as their family. The book also includes the interviews the students conducted and (as a bonus) a few of the student's favorite, and easy to make, recipes. We hope everyone that buys the book has as much fun reading it as the students did creating it.
