I wish Id got a chance to read this book but when it arrived and I removed it from the shipping envelope, I was almost knocked over by the very strong stench of stale cigarette smoke. It made my nose burn and my eyes water. After handling the book for just a few minutes I needed to wash my hands thoroughly to get the terrible smell off them.
