Synopsis

Leo Tolstoy wrote a short novella titled "A Prisoner in the Caucasus," which was released in 1870. In the army, there is an officer by the name of Zhilin. He gets a letter from home one day. His mother is the one who calls and tells him to come home because she has a girl for him. He receives a leave of absence, and his journey starts. In the Caucasus, there was a fight going on with the Tartars.
