Synopsis

This is the eighth horror novel/thriller chronicling the adventures of Repairman Jack, a cosmic fixit man who has slipped through the figurative cracks of our ID-obsessed society so that he can more effectively fight in the eternal war between good (represented by the being known as the Ally) and evil (represented by the Adversary). In this volume, Jack takes on two cases which eventually intersect: he aids a nun who’s being blackmailed, and he attempts to rescue a wealthy young man from a cult whose doctrine seems uncomfortably similar to that espoused by the Adversary.
