I guess I thought it had to get better eventually. The only thing that made this book at all interesting was all the information about different teas and places in Charleston. As far as the mystery, it was completely plotless and transparent. The heroine stumbled through some contacts with suspects and then finally stumbled onto the actual murderer. I have a tendency to finish a book once I've started reading it, giving it the benefit of the doubt, but this book had nothing to offer to overcome my doubt. Don't bother! If you want to find out about Charleston SC, read a guide book. It would be more satisfying.
