Synopsis

After loyally serving as a Confederate colonel in the United States' Civil War, surgeon Clay Fitzgerald decides to bury his painful war experiences by claiming the estate and fortune he inherited from his Irish relatives. Hoping to find tranquility among the green hills of his ancestors, Clay instead finds himself trapped in yet another civil outbreak--the Fenian Rising.
