Veronica Bell is on vacation. Her sister has dumped her and she's on her own in Paris. For three days Veronica is ill and she looks out of the apartment and sees this gorgeous man. She makes plans on how she will seduce him. On her last night in Paris she seduces financier Lucien Ryder. After a torrid night of love making she leaves Paris for Avignon. When she reaches her destination she finds Lucien there also. I really liked Public Scandal, Private Mistress. The sex scenes were very well done and the relationship between Lucien and Veronica seemed very real and this book is well worth reading.
