These recordings of Ronald Reagan's daily radio addresses from 1974 through 1979 show the man as a thoughtful and convivial writer and citizen. Here he speaks on issues of national and international concern, and he shares anecdotes of his extraordinary life. Reagan wrote most of the addresses himself, and one can see in them a consistent philosophy and the seeds of his imminent presidency. The speeches are introduced by important people in his life, including George Schultz, Nancy Reagan, Ed Meese, and others.
