This book is so straight-forward and to-the-point. Give up logic and reasoning, stop thinking negative, and stop saying I can't - rearrange your vocabulary, and start acting instead of making lists and your life is going improve. I'm glad I picked this up because I feel better as is. This is going to be my bible!
