Derek Benz does an acceptable job reading, but the drivel is so bad it distracts from his performance. The characters are stereotypical, the plot predictable, and the plot even worse. A dozen times the writer uses an amateurish method of updating the reading by saying, 'he'd been doing such and such for a few days.' The reader, who has been closely following the events in the protagonist's life can only think, 'When? I've been right hear. He didn't do that.' An ancient Gothic chapel in Minnesota? Please.
