Synopsis

Carlos the Jackal, the villain from THE BOURNE IDENTITY, returns in the third Jason Bourne spy thriller. No matter how desperately he tries to live in quiet obscurity, David Webb is never allowed to leave his bloody past behind him. There are those who refuse to forget that Webb once held the cover identity of Jason Bourne, CIA assassin. One of those is terrorist assassin Carlos, who, 10 years after the events of THE BOURNE IDENTITY, now plots revenge, vowing to kill Webb/Bourne. Webb must abandon his life as a university professor and family man, become Jason Bourne once again, and beat Carlos at his own dangerous game.
