If I had known how great a book this was I would have definitely read it sooner. I was drawn in to the characters from the beginning and felt like I knew them as I turned the pages. As a social worker this true-to-life story brought back memories and was very enlightening about a topic not easily discussed. I'll definitely read this author again

I had no clue that this book dealt with abuse until I started reading this. It had been recommended by many people that I know. This book read like a movie in a sense. I really enjoyed this book.
