Synopsis

For hundreds of years a secret society of ultra-rich and powerful men have guarded a document written by the ruthless political theorist Machiavelli. This document, the Covenant, provides a chilling plan for world domination by means of deceit, corruption, and murder. When LAPD detective Nicholas Marten begins to investigate the death of his ex-girlfriend and her congressman husband, he stumbles onto the vile machinations of the group, and finds himself, along with the President of the United States, on the run from the supremely evil and influential organization.
