This book was sooooooooo good! This is my first book by Julie Garwood. I loved her characters, and I loved the devoted friendship between Judith and Francis Catherine. There wasn't the constant love/hate relationship usually found in romance novels. It was just a wonderful love story. I didn't want to put this book down. You know you are reading a good book when you can't wait start reading more. I have added a bunch of Julie Garowood's books to my list. I can't wait to read her next book.
