Synopsis

Sadie Nelson is at loose ends. Once a London trader, she has been reduced to a temp job at a book convention. There, she meets Gil McCann, a charming and wealthy Hollywood producer. Sadie takes up his invitation to visit him in California, and havoc ensues, in the form of Gil's alcoholic, soon-to-be-ex wife, Tavis. An adorable-but-poor actor, who might possibly be gay, seems completely smitten with Sadie. Can the new couple survive?
