I generally follow this author, but _Food Rules_ was an absolute waste of time and money for me. Fast food and processed foods are bad for us? DUH My 2 year old grandaughter knows that! It takes less than 2 seonds to skim a label and decide just how close to actual food a product really is, and anyone with a 3rd grade reading level can do it.
