Rent Prodigy, The

Synopsis

Toby is a little boy who was born to a poor, uneducated single mother in a rural North Carolina community. He is extremely intelligent, particularly for a boy raised in an intellectually impoverished environment, and he seems to have the ability to heal the sick and to make tornadoes bend to his will. Is Toby the Messiah? A local radio talk-show, with its eye on ratings, aims to prove that he is. Good and evil collide in the ensuing media blitz.
