Synopsis

Businesswoman Kate Rollins gives up her Los Angeles life and moves to Lost Peak, Montana, to take over a tiny cafe once run by her grandmother Nell. Paranormal visitations from Nell lead Kate to believe that her grandmother was murdered, and she begins to suspect that the death had something to do with an evil corporation called Consolidated Metals, which is threatening Lost Peak's pristine beauty. As she investigates, Kate falls for studly rancher Chance McLain.

Im with the reviewer who called the hero that. Guess you may like this book if you like men with the moral fiber of randy billy goats. Too bad I dont. The heroine is a bit better, but not a lot and not enough to redeem the story for me. I need to respect my H& H even if I cant like them. The 3 stars are for the story alone. The characters dont get any. The villans had to be unbelievablyevil to be worse.
