I enjoyed this book more then the previous, Scent of Darkness. The relationship between Rurik and Tasya was more intriguing. Her character was strong and determined. Their story unfolded mixed with suspense and action. The series is really taking off and the plot thickens. This is a Romantic tragedy. The romance is charming and HOT. The uncomplicated story patteran makes it a fast satisfying read. Yes, it made me cry.”
