Wendy Corsi Staub writes books that make social commentary on our society while entertaining us with mystery and suspense. KISS HER GOODBYE looks at life in a suburban Buffalo NY town and how the neighbors do not really know their friends but how family members do not even know each other. It is also Jen’s story…a teenage girl struggling with her own independence who discovers her father is not her biological parent that sets off a chain of deadly events masterminded by someone in their midst. Excellent detailed writing, although it got almost too complex at times, and the real suspense makes this book a very satisfying read.
